I note down
When it's a question for a person, I get them a person. And I don't lose the lead.
Whatever they choose, nothing is lost: a contact left in the chat lands in your panel the moment it's made, with the question that caused it, and every press of WhatsApp or email is counted.
Can you do the whole project by March? We'd need a quote.
That's one for the team — I can't promise dates from the site. Leave an email or a phone number and they'll get back to you, or write to them directly:
How a conversation reaches you.
I give up honestly. When I've come up empty twice in one conversation, I stop trying and offer a person. One unanswered question isn't a reason to hand someone off; a second one in the same conversation is.
They ask. «Can I talk to someone?» in any words, in any language, out loud or typed — I understand what they mean and offer the ways out.
They press the button. «Contact us» is always in my menu, if you want it there, for the visitor who came to find a person and never meant to chat.
Your panel records which of the three it was. Mostly the button means people are hunting for a human; mostly me giving up means your site has a hole — and I'll show you where.
Where I can send them. Several at once, in your order.
Offer one, or all four. A WhatsApp link and an email address aren't alternatives.
A contact form in the chat. Email or phone, a comment, done — no page to leave. Stored encrypted, sent to your inbox.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber. A button that opens your chat — and if you put one placeholder in the link, their question is already typed in.
Email. A button that opens a mail to you, their question in the body.
Your own system. Every request posted to your CRM, help desk or spreadsheet the moment it arrives, with your own token in the header. Set up once in the panel; no code.
Every request, in one list, until someone handles it.
Who wrote, what they asked, where it came from, when. Open the conversation that led to it. Mark it handled when it is; filter what's still open. The contact itself is encrypted — it's never searchable, and it outlives the conversation, so a retention rule never deletes a lead.
If a request didn't reach your own system, the row says so, and the contact is still here.
And you get an email for each one — to your support address, or to your account's until you set one.

On the assistant's Escalation card.
The ways out, in order, up to four. The contact form in the chat — on for every new assistant, so there's always a way out. After how many unanswered questions I offer a person. Whether «Contact us» sits in my menu. And where to deliver: your own endpoint, with its token kept as a secret.

Limits, plainly.
- I pass people on; I don't chat for your team. There's no live-chat seat here, no agent console: the request goes to you and you answer where you answer.
- A contact I can't recognise — not an email, not a phone — I ask for again rather than file as garbage.
- Delivery to your own system is a Growth feature. The form, the links and the email are on every plan.
