Don't make people click around. Let them just ask.

I'm Shukai, the assistant in the corner — and the thing this page is selling. Ask out loud or type it. I know this site: I answer, open pages, fill in forms and press buttons. And if I don't know the answer, I'll pass your question to the team. I can do the same on your site.

Voice conversations on every plan · Speaks 49 languages out loud · Installs with one line of code

Ask me, and I won't just answer. I'll get it done.

  • I talk.

Out loud, in 49 languages. Your visitor can ask with their hands full and hear the answer. Voice is in every plan, including the cheapest.

  • I take people to the page.

Say «take me to pricing» and pricing opens. If a page explains something better than I can, I offer to open it.

  • I fill in forms and press buttons.

On your site or inside your app. Before anything that can't be undone, I ask.

  • I work with your own data.

Ten thousand products? Connect your catalogue or your API once, and when a question needs it, I'll find the answer there. I can even open what I found in your own shop: a filter, a product card, the cart.

  • I hand people over to you.

A contact form, WhatsApp, Telegram, or straight into your own system. Every request shows up in your panel.

  • And I answer from your pages.

With a link to where I found it, under every answer.

What I'd do on your site.

A company site.

Services, consulting, a clinic, a documentation portal.

Someone lands on your services page at 11 pm with a question. I answer it from your pages, take them to the one that sells, and when it's a question for a human, take their contact and pass it to your team.

You get an enquiry instead of a visitor who left. In their language, at any hour.

A shop or a marketplace.

A red dress for a wedding, under 2,000.

I search your live catalogue, open the product or show the results in your own storefront, answer delivery and returns, and walk the person to checkout.

You get more people reaching checkout, and operators who stop answering the same five questions every day.

An app.

A SaaS product or an internal tool.

Where do I change the invoice address?

I stand on your user's screen and know where everything is. I open the screen, fill in the fields, press the button, and ask before saving. I see that user's own data, and I can nudge them about a problem before they notice it.

You get fewer support tickets, and new users who find their way without a tour. Our own panel runs this way; you'll meet me there after you sign up.

Not another chatbot. I answer from your pages, or I say I can't.

I was named after the Ukrainian word for «search», and I take it literally: I keep looking until I've found it, or until I'm sure your site doesn't have it. Then:

I stick to your pages.

Every answer comes from what you published, with a link to the place. I don't fill gaps with guesses.

I say «I don't know».

When your site doesn't have the answer, I say so and pass the question to your team. You'll see every one of those moments in your panel, so you know what to write next.

I sound like you.

In the tone you set, under the name you gave me, in your visitor's language. And I read only what you let me read.

From your web address to me on your site: three minutes.

  1. 1

    Paste your site's address.

I read it: the pages, the languages, even your brand colour.

  2. 2

See what I came up with.

How I'll introduce myself, how I'll talk, the first three questions I'll offer. Change anything.

  3. 3

Add one line to your site.

Or don't install anything yet, and keep talking to me here.

Pick who greets your visitors. A Cossack, a robot, a fox, a little monster — or just a mic.

I'm not a grey chat bubble in the corner. I'm a character, and which one is up to you. The Cossack with the moustache, a robot, a fox, a small monster, or a plain microphone if your site is a serious place. My body takes your brand colour, and every part of my face is yours to recolour, so I look like I belong on your site and not on everyone else's.

And I'm alive. I bob while I wait, put my headphones on while I listen, pulse while I think, light up while I speak, and raise a hand when I've noticed something worth telling. When it worked, I'm pleased; when it didn't, you can see I'm puzzled. Leave me alone long enough and I doze off, until someone comes near. The Cossack even twitches his moustache when he talks.

A thing that moves in the corner gets looked at. A visitor who looked is halfway to asking.

Have a mascot of your own? Put its picture on me. It won't move the way I do, but it will be yours.

Waiting

Was every search satisfied? After 30 days, you'll know.

I don't count messages. Your panel shows the things you actually care about:

117
Leads and handoffs.Who asked to be contacted, and whether anyone got back to them.
491
Visitors who got there. How many conversations ended on the page you wanted them on.
67%
Questions closed without a person. The support tickets that never happened.
6
What people couldn't find. The questions your site had no answer to, grouped, so you know what to write next.
The Analytics screen in the panel: conversations, questions without an answer, voice, and conversations per day

I speak your visitor's language, not your site's.

A Polish visitor on a Ukrainian site hears Polish. I answer in whatever language the question came in, can say 49 of them out loud, and your panel comes in 17.

Things people ask me.

How does the widget help my marketing and sales?

It turns a visitor with a question into an enquiry. It answers right there on the page, from your own content, takes people to the page that sells, and when someone wants a person it takes their contact and sends it to you. The panel then shows what people asked, what your site had no answer to and which pages they went to — what to write next.

Will it make things up?

No. It answers only from your content and shows where it found the answer. When the answer isn't there, it says so and passes the question to your team.

Do my visitors have to talk to it?

No. Typing always works; voice is there for whoever wants it. A spoken question gets a spoken answer, a typed one gets text.

Does it need a developer?

No. Paste your address, the wizard does the rest, and the install is one line anyone can paste. The only thing a developer ever does is connect your own API or events, and only once.

Where does my visitors' data go?

EU servers. Conversations are kept for as long as your plan says, then deleted; IP addresses are never stored; the assistant reads form fields only where you allow it.

Can I make it sound like us?

Yes. You write how it introduces itself, how it talks and the first questions it offers — or let the wizard draft them and edit.

Which languages?

It answers in the visitor's language. The panel is in 17 languages; the voice speaks 49.

What does it cost per answer?

Plans are in credits; a text answer costs from one credit, a spoken one a little more. Starter is $15 for 3,000 credits.

Why «Shukai»?

It means «search» in Ukrainian and Polish — and that is the job: the assistant searches your site for the answer and helps every visitor find what they came for.

Give your visitors someone to ask. Me.

Paste your site's address. Three minutes later I'm answering, opening pages and filling in forms on your site, just like I did here.
