For service websites

Your site already has the answer. I make sure the visitor hears it.

It's 11 pm. Someone found you on Google, landed on your services page, and has one question before they'll write to you. Your answer is on the pricing page, three clicks away. Most of them don't make three clicks. I answer right there, from your own pages, take them to the page that sells, and when it's a question for a person, take their contact and pass it to you. In the morning you have a request, not a visitor who left.

Put me on your site — 3 minutes

Five things that happen on a company site once I'm on it.

  • «Do you work with clinics?»

I answer from the page where you said so, and put the link under the answer. If you never said so, I say I don't know — and offer a person.

    →
  • «Where are your prices?»

I open the page. Or, when a page explains it better than I can, I ask: «Shall I take you there, or explain here?»

    →
  • «I'd like a consultation.»

I take their name, email and what they need right in the chat, and the request lands in your panel and in your inbox. On Growth and above I can also fill in your own enquiry form with them — and before I press Send, I ask.

    →
  • «Can I talk to someone?»

A contact form right in the chat, your WhatsApp or Telegram, or an email with their question already in it. You choose which, and in what order.

    →
  • «Czy mówicie po polsku?»

Yes. I answer in whatever language the question came in, out loud if they asked out loud. Your pages stay in the language you wrote them in.

What you'll see in your panel after a month.

  • Requests you didn't have.

Every contact a visitor left, with the question that prompted it and whether anyone has handled it yet.

  • Visitors who got to the page.

How often I offered a page and how often someone went — the page that sells, not the page they landed on.

  • The questions your site couldn't answer.

Grouped into topics, so you know which page to write next. This list is the most useful thing I'll ever give you.

The Analytics screen in the panel: conversations, questions without an answer, voice, and conversations per day

Three minutes, no developer.

  1. 1

    Paste your address.

I read the site — pages, languages, your brand colour — and draft how I'll introduce myself.

  2. 2

    Check what I wrote.

Change the name, the tone, the first three questions I'll offer.

  3. 3

Paste one line into your site.

Or into your site builder's «custom code» box; that's the whole installation.

You can stop after step 2 and talk to me in your panel. Nothing is charged until you pick a plan.

«Will it make something up in our name?»

No. I answer from your pages or say I can't; you can read every conversation. How I keep to your content →

«Where do my visitors' questions go?»

EU servers, kept as long as your plan says, no IP addresses. Data and control →

«We don't have time for this.»

Three minutes, and the wizard does most of them.
